Central to this mission is the cultivation of positive and creative digital literacy as a foundation for responsible digital citizenship.

TERRA

TERRA (Telkomsel Emergency Response and Recovery Activity) is a CSR initiative by Telkomsel that focuses on disaster relief and infrastructure recovery across Indonesia. Its core functions include network restoration, public assistance distribution, advisory support during disaster response, and CSR deployment in affected areas. The program is supported by a disaster data-integrated application linked to BNPB, BMKG, and PVMBG, enabling real-time monitoring and response. It also promotes disaster preparedness through training and simulations for employees and community volunteers under the TERRA Volunteer network.
